A Walking Billboard

Did you know that you are a walking billboard? What shirt do you have on right now? What brand is it? Check the tag because you are representing that specific brand every time you wear it. You are promoting what you wear when you take pics, go to events, or even when you are chilling with friends and family. What attracts us to our favorite brands? There are several factors that can go into a decision that a consumer makes when searching for a shirt, hoodie, jeans, shoes, or any other apparel that is purchased. There is also an emotional attachment that factors into this decision. Customers feel as if the brand, or brands, that they wear represent who they are as a person and that their values align with the company.

How about becoming a walking billboard for the Word of God? This is why GodSmoke Apparel was created. Wearing the Word of God boldly while taking pics, at events, or even wearing it to sleep (GodSmoke pajamas maybe?). Sure, certain events require certain garments. Tailor made suits, elegant gowns, and similar outings where your brand may not be shown or easily recognized. If it was up to us here at GodSmoke Apparel, we would attach the Word of God as an accessory to everything that we wear. This is how deep of an emotional connection that we hold with God. Wearing it everyday on the outside and keeping the scriptures on our minds and in our hearts. The Word of God is our shield and sword and what soldier walks out onto the battle field without his armor and weapons? Since God wants ALL the Smoke with these demons running rampant in this world, you sure would not want to be caught without your armor and weapons!

Sure, you can stick a verse/scripture reference on a T-shirt. You may even put something simple as “I Love Jesus”, but we wanted to add some swag to the Word of God. Christian clothing stores can be somewhat boring or plain and this results in a boring “billboard”. We wanted to create a walking billboard that will grab people’s attention and make heads turn. Fierce animals, nature, skulls, and powerful imagery that are combined with the main GodSmoke Emblem. Notice how the Lion/King of The Jungle is combined with the GodSmoke emblem. Being Bold as a Lion while at the same time representing the Lion of Judah! It is a conversation starter and creates a sense of community knowing that someone’s values aligns with yours. The emotional attachment that people have with other brands is the same thought that was put into GodSmoke Apparel while infusing the Spirit of God into modern day clothing. 

Billboards can be BOLD with a message at times. While traveling on the highways, you probably have noticed some billboards that will have you question, “How did this message get approved as a billboard?”. Some may be controversial, but the message is there and was meant for you to see it clearly. So you will see some of this same boldness being represented by our brand. We will continue picking shirts that we create to break down further what was meant to be taken from the shirt.
